I brought my vehicle in for a fluid leak. Steve and his team went above and beyond to check all possible sources. Ultimately no leak was found, but the owner and one of the mechanics took the time to talk through what was checked and how I can continue to monitor the situation going forward. They assured me that all fluid levels were correct and that I would not cause any damage by continuing to drive the car. I can't say enough about the professionalism and personable experience I had at JK's Auto Service. I will use this shop for all future service/repairs to my vehicles.

Couldn't be happier with this shop, I needed them to work with my tire and wheel warranty company, which in the past takes a lot of time, space in the shop... as they wait for approvals and go back and forth with photos and claim adjusters. I even had to get involved with the warranty company, but when all was said and done, everything got fixed.
